We will send you a return authorization number & instructions on how to send back item. Please note we do not refund shipping fees and customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Damaged items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Issues will be resolved on a case by case basis and as per manufacturers warranty if over 30 days from purchase.
