Return & Exchange Policy
Your original purchase receipt or gift receipt is required for any exchange / return. If you don't have your receipt, we will gladly attempt to find your transaction in your customer profile if you have a rewards account with us.
The Red Owl has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return with the exception of final sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
All clearance items (discounted 40% or more), face masks, earrings & personalized items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. On clothing items only, you may return within 7 days of purchase.
For in-store purchases:
You are entitled to an exchange or refund of your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase with the exception of face masks, final sale items, personalized items & earrings. Items that are 40% off or more are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
For online purchases:
To start a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, item you wish to return & reason. We will send you a return authorization number & instructions on how to send back item. Please note we do not refund shipping fees and customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Issues will be resolved on a case by case basis and as per manufacturers warranty if over 30 days from purchase.
We usually ship orders within 24 hours from purchase however please allow 1-2 days for order to ship. You will be provided a tracking number once your order ships. Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays once the item is in possession of the USPS.
